Terms & Conditions

  1. Cancellation of attendance will require 6 weeks’ notice. If sufficient notice is not given and is less than 6 weeks, HBA have the right to charge 100% of the total cost. Cancellation needs to be either a written letter (recorded delivery) or an email to info@havering-beauty-academy.com. Telephone cancellations must also be followed by an email or a written letter.
  2. All rooms are to be kept in a clean and tidy manner – any breakages will be invoiced to the student attending HBA.
  3. A 20% registration fee is applicable on all bookings. Placements will not be given without this.
  4. Once registration fees have been paid a letter of confirmation will be sent out. The remaining fee will be required at least 14 days before the course starts. If fees are not paid then the student/s cannot attend the course and deposit will be kept. If the student fails to arrive for their course or does not complete the course for any reasons, HBA will not refund or offer alternative course dates.
  5. If a translator is required for any student, this request must be confirmed upon booking, otherwise this may result in the request being refused. There will be a charge for this service.
  6. All students attending a course are expected to look presentable at all times and maintain a professional manner.
