NSL Body Wrap System at Havering Beauty Academy
So I had heard of the NSL body wrap treatment but had never tried this branded system having tried two other systems that claim you can lose inches within an hour Havering Beauty Academy very kindly invited me in their salon to experience the treatment which was ideal as I was off on a week’s holiday too so I was booked into the salon two days before I flew off to the sun to embrace a week in a bikini!!
On arrival to the salon their therapist took me through to the treatment room to explain what the treatment involved, having these kind of treatments before I knew I was about to embark into stripping down and standing in my knickers only which is not my best look however Lauren made me feel very relaxed.
The treatment begins by measuring specific areas of your body from ankles all the way up to your neck, the only measurement I personally wanted to know pre-treatment was my waist measurement I thought I would wait to hear what I had lost in all those other hard to reach areas.

After the product has been applied you are the wrapped up in clear breathable plastic wrap from ankles to neck, please take note here I would very much recommend a visit to the toilet before this treatment because once you are wrapped you have to wait around 1hr before you can visit the little girls room!
Once wrapped I was helped onto the bed and covered with cosy towels with soft music playing in the background and dimmed lights I was left to relax in the room for around 45 minutes. My therapist returned for the great unveil, you get the clear wrap taken away which does leave you slightly cold and in my case I was desperate to go to the loo before the measuring could commence.
I had lost a total of 7.2 inches over my entire body with the biggest loss being 1.5 on my waist, I was very happy especially as the bikini holiday loomed too.
My aftercare was to make sure I drank plenty of water as the effects continue for 2 to 3 days after the treatment.
My skin felt hydrated and extremely soft after the treatment plus continued for the next couple of days too.
My opinion of this treatment compared to other is I did not lose the most inches to others but my skin did feel amazingly hydrated and I felt more confident in the bikini, I would defiantly recommend to anybody going away on holiday or a special occasion and want to feel confident in a special outfit plus a great course of treatments to have on a weight loss or fitness plan.
